Anxiety support for women with anxious minds
Learn how to cope with loneliness, isolation, and not belonging in therapy

Recognize your patterns, heal from your past, and be your HIGHEST Self.

In today's increasingly aware world, women often conform to roles defined by others. We face traumas and socialization that urge us to occupy less emotional and psychological space, be compliant, and care for those around us. We're told to be content with what's given, not to demand more, and to stay within the well-trodden paths. Society imposes a high price for any rebellion against these norms.

However, as I reflect on my own journey, I've realized that this narrative is far from the truth. Perfectionism held me back from self-acceptance, self-love, and embracing my inner power. The most transformative moments in my life occurred when I dared to venture off the beaten track.

Therapy for women with depression who want to heal, find hope and joy again.

Reclaim Yourself & Your Life

You may be considering therapy because you feel stuck in unproductive habits, struggle with controlling your emotions, or experience feelings of loneliness, worthlessness, or hopelessness.

Do you often feel like your needs are left unmet? Do you abandon yourself when life gets tough? Does a chronic fear of rejection burden you? The extra glass of wine, overworking, and online shopping may offer temporary relief, but they ultimately leave you feeling disconnected and unstable.

Years of conditioned living have left a void in your life and the inability to meet your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You may believe that your instability is a sign of deeper unworthiness.

Perhaps you've tried therapy before but found progress painfully slow or temporary. You may be hoping for a different outcome this time, and I share that hope.

Relationship counseling for women to overcome relationship challenges

This Time, It Will Be Different

You live in a world that encourages you to take up as little space as possible. Seeking therapy is an act of claiming time and space solely for yourself.

Therapy is more than discussing problems; it's about seeking help, empowering yourself, acquiring new coping strategies, and healing. If you aspire to be your best self and wish to unpack the gender baggage that may hold you back, we can chart a path together.

Let's embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, breaking free from societal expectations and discovering your authentic self.

From Stress to Strength

Challenges I work with often

  • Navigating life changes, transitions, and new beginnings can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling lost and disconnected.

  • Loneliness and isolation can weigh heavily, making it challenging to build meaningful relationships and find a sense of belonging.

  • Managing anxiety and stress on your own can feel impossible, leading to sleepless nights and constant worry.

  • Depression can engulf you, draining hope and joy from each day, leaving you feeling stuck and unsure of yourself.

  • Relationships may bring more pain than happiness, with constant challenges and a sense of disconnection.

  • Exploring your identity can be daunting, leaving you feeling lost and unsure of your place in the world.

  • Neglecting self-care takes a toll, leaving you mentally and emotionally drained, and struggling to find balance.

  • Overwhelming emotions can leave you feeling out of control, unable to cope with the rollercoaster of feelings.

  • Dealing with life's pressures can be exhausting, leaving you feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed.

  • Low self-confidence and a lack of empowerment can keep you from reaching your full potential, leaving you feeling stuck and unfulfilled.

Women/Womxn

I understand that the terms “woman” and “womxn” are not inclusive. My clinical work focuses on those who have been socialized as girls and women, including cisgender women, transgender women, feminized people, and gender-nonconforming people.
