In-Person Therapy for Women on Bainbridge Island
Serving women from across Kitsap County — Poulsbo, Bremerton, Silverdale, Kingston, and beyond.
Some things are easier to say out loud, in a room, with another person present.
If you've been thinking about therapy and know you want a dedicated space, a consistent hour, somewhere to land, I offer in-person sessions at my office on Bainbridge Island.
My office is calm, private, and easy to get to from most of Kitsap County. For many clients, the short drive to downtown Winslow becomes part of the rhythm of their week.
A Limited Number of Morning Appointments
I hold a limited number of in-person appointment slots, available Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
These in-person spots are reserved for women who know they want to be in a room. They want to get in the car, walk through a door, and be somewhere that isn't their house or office.
That said, life happens. The occasional telehealth session is always available when your schedule gets thrown off and you don't want to miss your appointment.
Who I Work With
I specialize in therapy for women who are ready to stop running on autopilot; women who are exhausted from holding everything together, navigating a major life transition, or stuck in relationship patterns they can't quite break free from.
My clients come from all over Kitsap County. Some are on Bainbridge Island. Others drive over from Bremerton, Poulsbo, Silverdale, or Kingston.
I work with adult women navigating:
Burnout, overdoing, and chronic people-pleasing
Midlife transitions, identity shifts, and the question of what comes next
Relationship patterns, disconnection, and feeling unseen
Anxiety, perfectionism, and nervous system overload
Self-worth, grief, and major life changes
My Approach
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience and a specialization in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work is also informed by trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and compassion-focused approaches.
Therapy with me isn't about being handed a list of coping strategies. It's about understanding the deeper patterns shaping how you think, feel, and respond, and building the kind of psychological flexibility that lets you live differently, on your own terms.
Clients often notice changes within the first few weeks: more clarity, stronger boundaries, less anxiety about getting everything right.
