Online Therapy for Women Across Washington State

Telehealth counseling that fits your life, wherever you are in Washington

You don't have to live on Bainbridge Island to work with me.

I offer secure video therapy for women across Washington State — from Seattle and Bellevue to Spokane, Olympia, Tacoma, and everywhere in between. If you have a private space and a reliable internet connection, we can work together.

Online therapy isn't a compromise. For many of my clients, it's actually the better option. No commute, no parking, no rearranging your day. You can show up from your home office, your car, or wherever you have 50 minutes to yourself.

Who I Work With

I specialize in therapy for women who are stretched thin, stuck in patterns they can't seem to break, or standing at a crossroads they didn't see coming.

Maybe you've spent years holding everything together at work, at home, in your relationships, and somewhere along the way, you lost track of yourself. Maybe you're in the middle of a major life shift and can't quite find your footing. Maybe your relationships keep playing out the same way, and you're tired of not understanding why.

Whatever brought you here, the through line is usually the same: you're ready for something to actually change.

I work with adult women navigating:

  • Burnout, overdoing, and people-pleasing

  • Midlife transitions, identity, and the question of "what now?"

  • Relationship patterns, disconnection, and the ache of feeling unseen

  • Anxiety, chronic stress, and nervous system overload

  • Self-worth, perfectionism, and breaking generational patterns

How Online Therapy Works

Online therapy with me works the same way in-person therapy does, just through a secure video platform. Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly, and scheduled at a consistent time that fits your routine.

Before your first session, you'll complete intake paperwork through my HIPAA-compliant client portal. From there, you'll receive a secure link before each appointment. Many clients find the consistency of a standing weekly session, from the comfort of their own space, actually helps them show up more fully.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my primary approach, alongside trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and compassion-focused methods. My work isn't about handing you a list of coping skills. It's about helping you understand what's driving your patterns, and building the psychological flexibility to live differently.

Why Work With an Online Therapist in Washington State?

Washington has no shortage of therapists. But finding one who specializes in exactly what you're dealing with, and who has availability, is a different challenge entirely.

Telehealth opens that up. You're not limited to whoever is within driving distance. You can choose a therapist based on fit, specialization, and approach, which is how it should work.

I've been a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State for over 20 years. I've worked with women in private practice since 2011. My clients are across the state; some in cities, some in rural areas where local options are thin.

Ready to Get Started?

Taking the first step is often the hardest part. The process is straightforward: you'll fill out a short inquiry form, then schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can make sure we're a good fit before committing to anything.
